Ummm... 
this is just a piece that I did for practice for hair especially! 
So who did I decide to draw? Harley, My Sister's OC because shes got friggin Rainbow hair. *Sigh* It's kinda crappy -_- but.... it is just practice so I guess thats fine.
Oh I forgot to mention earlier took me about 6 hours to do the whole thing. 3 hours alone on the hair
